Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policies for our travel services.

General Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service email. Cancellation policies and fees vary depending on the service (flights, hotels, tour packages) and the specific provider's terms (airline, hotel, etc.).

Flight Tickets

Flight cancellations are subject to the airline's cancellation policy. Many fares are non-refundable. Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting airline cancellation charges and our service fee. The refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel cancellation policies vary by property. Please refer to the cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking. For cancellations made within the penalty period, a cancellation fee will be charged by the hotel. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Tour Packages

For tour packages, cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after we receive the cancellation request.
